Our team is dedicated to providing the best dental care – and that includes getting to know our patients. We really enjoy working in Kalispell because of the people we get to see every day. With an experienced staff who love to have a good time, you can rest assured that your smile will be in great hands.

James Kozik

Our Dentist

James graduated from Loma Linda University in 2007 and worked as a contract dentist in Walla Walla, WA then at a small clinic in Havre, MT. In 2012, James acquired the long-running Kalispell Family Dental practice that had been home to Denny Schultz, DDS. Dr. Schultz remained on as an associate for 2 years until his retirement in 2014. Unlike a lot of offices where the doctor is hidden in the back, James is readily available to talk with patients and is involved in much of the day to day happenings in the office.

While in college, James met his wife Brooke and together they have two kids, Anders and Ella. When he’s not in the office you’re likely to find James playing hockey, skiing, snowmobiling, biking or watching the Vikings.

Tycy

Hygienist

Tychy, is smart and hard-working. Graduating from Utah College of Dental Hygiene with a 3.9 GPA, she also managed to snag the Excellence in Professional Patient Care Award in 2012. She is friendly and caring and honestly you’d have to be a little bit crazy not to like her. With four young kids, we aren’t sure how she makes it to work on time every day but somehow she does.

Cami

Dental Assistant

Born and raised in the Flathead Valley, Cami enjoys working with our local patients. There’s not much this hardworking woman can’t do. She’s smart, loyal, a devoted mother to two kids, Ashley and Zane. In her downtime, she enjoys fishing, hunting and laughs with her family.

Krystle

Front Office

Coming from the very small town of Olney, Krystle enjoys working where the patients are known by name and become your friends. She tries to stay busy so when she’s not the smiling face you see when you come to your appointment, she is designing amazing cakes, riding dirt-bikes or camping with her husband and daughters Keira, Klaire, and Kalia.

Sandy

Dental Assistant

Sandy has been a long-standing member of the Kalispell Family Dental clan. She worked for Dr. Schultz for many years and continues to assist with James. Sandy is a local girl with more experience in the dental world than most of us combined. She lights up the office with her beautiful smile and personality.

On her days off she loves to hunt, camp and is an amazing decorator. Her husband, kids, and grandkids are blessed to call her family.
